The zac team’s story
In May of 1979, a young, mustached man sat down to take an exam that would set him on the road to mastering the art of Atlanta Intown real estate. In 1993, after several years with Coldwell Banker and then as the owner of the RE/MAX Greater Atlanta Intown franchise, Zac Pasmanick realized that he could provide the ultimate real estate service by working with his own small team of professionals instead of working solo. So Zac gathered his energy, his reserves, and a small team of 4 people and opened the doors to the zac team. From their small office on Piedmont Road, the zac team’s professional agents set to work perfecting the home selling and buying process.
In 1995, the “Zac Did It Again!” signs made their first debut on homes in Morningside and Virginia Highland. The current incarnation of The Zac Report soon followed - forever changing the face of Atlanta Intown real estate. Between his involvement in the local community and his strong marketing and branding strategies, hardly anyone can live inside 285 and not know of Zac.
As Zac and his team expanded, so did the number of families served and the need for a larger, better space to serve clients became more apparent. So Zac ventured two miles from his home base in Morningside to find the team’s new home on the border of Virginia Highland and Poncey-Highland. Since 2004, this convenient location on Ponce De Leon Avenue right next to the Majestic Diner has pleased both zac team clients and members with its top notch customer service.
In 2006, an integral member joined the zac team and the team hasn’t been the same since. What did we do before Arnold the beagle safeguarded our team (in between naps, snoring in the corner of Zac’s office)?
Today, the zac team’s outstanding agents continue to set the standard for customer service in the real estate industry.
